What began as Mustard Seed Beginnings has evolved into MSB Interior Design, bringing years of creative experience and a love for beautiful spaces into a new chapter of residential and boutique commercial design.
Today, MSB combines timeless materials, thoughtful details, and a personal approach to create interiors that reflect the people who live, work, and gather within them.
With a new design studio in the heart of downtown Holland, Michigan, MSB is entering an exciting new chapter. A welcoming space to gather, collaborate, explore materials, and bring each client's vision to life.

A Little About Me
As the Founder and Principal Designer of MSB Interior Design, I bring a love for timeless materials, thoughtful details, and spaces that feel as beautiful as they look. My goal is to create interiors that reflect the people who live in them, balancing a refined aesthetic with the way life actually happens.
My Approach
For me, great design begins with getting to know the people behind a project. I love learning how they live, what they love, and what makes a space feel like home. From the first conversation to the finishing touches, I want the experience to feel collaborative, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable.
Beyond the Studio
Outside of work, I'm happiest spending time with my husband and our four kids, getting my hands dirty in the garden, traveling, or finding another little project to tackle around our own home. Family life is a constant reminder that the best spaces aren't just beautiful. They're where memories are made and everyday life unfolds.
I'm surrounded by a group of incredibly talented women who bring so much more to the table than their creativity. They work hard, care deeply, show up for each other, and somehow make even the busiest days a whole lot more fun. I'm genuinely proud of what we're building together, and even more grateful for the women I get to build it with.
